We value transparency and clarity and aim to build strong and lasting relationships with our customers based on trust and mutual benefit. In line with this aim, we consider the protection of your personal data to be essential. The person in charge of processing: S.A.M TELIS is the person in charge of the Processing of Personal Data collected directly or indirectly from visitors to the website and users of the service. S.A.M. TELIS, as the data controller, determines and implements the necessary means for the protection of personal data processing systems to avoid, as far as possible, any malicious intrusion and prevent any loss, alteration or disclosure of data to unauthorized persons.

The appointment of a personal data protection officer (DPO):
A DPO within the TELIS group has been appointed, who is responsible for all the missions provided for by the RGPD, and additional missions. In addition, he is able to answer all your questions concerning the application of the above-mentioned regulation.
Awareness of the processing of personal data, and the commitment to respect the RGPD, of all our employees.
Passwords that are complex and renewed regularly;

4. Personal data collected
S.A.M TELIS collects data to provide services to customers and to operate the business. Some of this data is provided directly, such as when the user fills out a contact form, to send a request to the company. Personal data collected by S.A.M TELIS may include the following

S.A.M TELIS does not collect any sensitive data on its website.
The following are considered as sensitive data: racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in a trade union, data relating to health or sexual orientation. If such information is in any way communicated to S.A.M TELIS, it will be deleted.

The information system of the S.A.M TELIS website is located in Monaco, so a transfer of data is carried out as soon as a connection is made outside the Monegasque territory. Nevertheless, S.A.M TELIS guarantees a level of protection of your personal data in conformity with the RGPD.

The right to erasure: In certain cases, you have the right to obtain the deletion of your personal data. Nevertheless this right is not absolute, indeed S.A.M TELIS can have legal or legitimate reasons to keep the said data.
The right to portability: that is to say, in certain cases, the right to receive the personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used format and the right to transmit this data to another data controller, where technically possible. This right only applies when the processing of your personal data is based on your consent or on the performance of a contract and is carried out using automated processes.
The right to object: You have the right to object at any time, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you when such processing is based on the legitimate interests of S.A.M TELIS.
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: You have the right to contact a supervisory authority in order to lodge a complaint about the personal data protection practices of the TELIS Group.
